Our OZ Lodníci SK civic association functions to bring together sailors living in Slovakia and working abroad, as well as those sailors working in Slovakia. Foreign sailors interested in arranging any activities the state does not perform on behalf of sailors are welcome to join.

Our objectives include:

  • Promoting legislative lobbying, civic initiative, representation of sailors, education, cooperation with various training centres to obtain licenses, certifications and permits, including in areas outside the scope of our work, and primarily representing the interests of our members.
  • Cooperating with state authorities and providing current information, news and other benefits which will be successively added.
  • Bringing together sailors from across Slovakia to be able to work together within friendly dialogue and to enrich themselves with experiences from our work.
